I was trained to diagnose living systems. A company is one too: it has flows, bottlenecks, and signals no one is reading. I lead every walkthrough and every diagnostic.

Background
As a biomedical engineer, I learned to observe on site and to measure whether an intervention really works, with a baseline and a protocol.
As a financial engineering specialist, I learned to put a price on every flow: what an hour of data entry costs, or a day of outstanding receivables, or a report that arrives late.
As a data scientist, I learned to make the numbers add up and to have artificial intelligence explain the figures without making them up.
Today I apply that same method to companies: I sit in on your operation, measure, build the minimum technology that solves the problem, and show you the result in hard numbers.
