Service catalog

Services

Every service starts from a situation an executive deals with every day. What we build comes out of the diagnostic, not a shopping list.

Prices in Mexican pesos (MXN), before VAT. Prices marked as estimates are confirmed in the proposal. Platform licenses are purchased in your name.

What we don't do

Saying no is part of the service too.

  1. AI assistants over WhatsApp

Since January 15, 2026, the WhatsApp Business Platform terms have prohibited general-purpose AI assistants, and Mexico is not among the exempted markets. For your decisions, we use the platform's mobile app, with voice, and meeting notes. WhatsApp only comes in as support for serving your own customers, validated with the official provider.

  2. “Autonomous agents” sold as an end in themselves

Gartner (June 2025) predicts that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 due to cost, unclear value, or weak risk controls. We use agents only where there are multi-step decisions, with human approval and ongoing evaluation.

  3. Reselling licenses or taking platform commissions

The margin is minimal and it would cost us our neutrality. Licenses are in your name and you pay for them directly, which keeps our platform recommendation credible.

  4. Standalone FAQ chatbots, “chat with your PDFs” tools, meeting recorders, and generic websites

They already come with Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT, or you can get them for little money. We only use them as a component of something connected to your data.

  5. Automated cold outreach with AI

It generates spam, runs up against the LFPDPPP (Mexico's federal data protection law), and in practice works poorly without a lot of human oversight. We'd rather have a CRM your team actually uses.

  6. Generic “Intro to ChatGPT” training

That already exists for free. Our workshops use your documents and processes, and each person leaves with workflows up and running.

  7. Training or fine-tuning a proprietary AI model for your company

APIs cost cents per query. The value is in your clean data, the integration, and the measurement, not in a proprietary model.

  8. Cloning the voices or likenesses of real people

Using a person's voice or likeness without their consent invites lawsuits and breaks trust. We use licensed catalog voices.

  9. Full-time staff at your offices, hours on retainer, or general IT support

We work by deliverables and service levels, not as outsourced staff. That protects both of us from labor and subcontracting risks (REPSE, Mexico's registry of specialized service providers) and keeps us focused. Help desk, networking, hardware, and Microsoft 365 administration are out of scope.

  10. Promising that “your data stays in Mexico,” or holding your e.firma

Today, neither Microsoft (in Copilot), nor Anthropic, nor OpenAI processes these assistants in Mexico, and we say so in the contract. Your e.firma (Mexican tax e-signature) and the download from the SAT (Mexico's tax authority) always run on your infrastructure.
